Words worth keeping
A voice guest book your guests use on their own phones. They scan a QR code, record a message, and every word is yours to keep.
No app to download. No equipment to hire or post back.

How it works
It takes less than a minute. If they can take a photo, they can leave a message.
Your QR cards sit on the tables or by the guest book. Guests point their phone camera at one, and your page opens.
One tap to start, one tap to finish. Guests can listen back and record again before sending, up to three minutes each.
Each message arrives safely with the guest’s name attached. Afterwards, you receive the full collection to keep.
What you receive
Why couples choose it
Works in the phone’s browser on iPhone and Android. Nothing to install, and no queue for a single handset.
Messages are saved on the phone first. If the venue signal drops, they send automatically once it returns.
Every message is backed up as it arrives. Guest emails are only used for the one follow-up, then deleted.
Long enough for a proper message or a story. Short enough that people actually say it.
Guests add their name and how they know you. No guessing whose voice is whose years from now.
Phones filter out background noise as guests record, so voices come through clearly.
For every occasion
Weddings
Grandparents, old friends and the people who travelled furthest, all in their own words.
Birthdays
A 40th, a 60th or a 90th. Messages that mean far more than a signed card.
Corporate
Retirements, anniversaries and celebrations, with every message gathered in one place.
Photos and voices together

Questions
No. The QR code opens a web page in the phone’s normal browser. The phone asks once for permission to use the microphone, and that’s it.
The page has one large button and clear wording throughout. Most guests are recording within seconds. A younger relative can always help on their own phone too.
Each message is saved on the guest’s phone before it sends. If the signal drops, it keeps trying and sends as soon as it can.
Up to three minutes. Guests can listen back and record again before sending, and they can leave more than one message.
Guests can add their email if they’d like to. A few days later, they get one email inviting them to leave another message about the day. The addresses are then deleted.
You receive every message as its own MP3, plus one keepsake file with every message back to back and a track list. Everything plays on any phone, laptop or speaker.
Yes. Your page opens a week before, so you can scan your QR code and check it works. You can also try the demo right now.
Open the demo and record a message, just as your guests would. Nothing is saved.
